I was confused about why you cared about this for a moment. Around here, OSU is Ohio State, lol.
Probably rightly so: After all, osu.edu belongs to Ohio state, not Oregon State (which is oregonstate.edu). Oregon State used to have http://www.orst.edu, but the former president of the university allegedly saw it on a billboard thinking “my school isn’t the wwworst?”, which made them change the domain name, and incidentally gave birth to the network management project I was working on when I worked at the OSU Open Source Lab.
