Toe: I passed on your comment, and if someone comes up with better wording, we'll change it :)

"Yo Ma Ma": I don't know who you are referring to by "you people" but this is one of the biggest concerns business people have with copyleft Open Source licenses. I personally am an Open Source guy, I don't have this problem.

As well as Apache license compatibility, I would dearly love to see LGPL/GPL compatibility.

I agree, if you don't want copyleft, don't use it. I was more wondering if it'll be easier to explain to people if they can use MPL code in their (or even as the base of their) web application without having to open up their entire code base. (Which, as I understand, is the main concern of the people who are strong advocated of BSD, like commercial users of Django, for example).

It would be great to fix the license block issue. It's hideously long, and the one part that changes (the "initial author" and "contributors") is rarely kept accurate and up to date.

But I'm not sure I see the point of "fixing" the copyleft. If you don't want copyleft, why not just use the MIT license or public domain instead?
