Robert: I agree. If we were to include Acrobat, or so, I'd be against it. However, using what your OS provides you with is a different story. In a way, it's like using native form widgets on the OS you are on.

What annoyed me the most is not even that I had to open my online PDF files with Preview.app before, but that I had to delete all these files off my Desktop afterwards. When you look up bus schedules, restaurant menus and similar stuff online, you get a bunch of randomly names PDF files that you have to individually look at again and delete later.

I've been meaning to blog about this all week.

It should really be included similar to how <a href="http://javaplugin.sourceforge.net/" rel="nofollow">java embedded plugin</a> is included. Would really improve the Firefox experience on a Mac IMHO.

Man, this should be integrated in the Mac version. It's amazing, and I see no reason to not do it.

This is Safari parity. It really should be core on the Mac. (it'd be awesome if it were default on Linux too, were it not for the retarded decision by the Evince people to let someone code a browser plugin in GSOC and then reject it once it was finished.)

Nice extension, but please don't move it to the core. We shouldn't be encouraging more PDF use.
