Though I don't use it myself, I saw a Firefox 3 version of Tab Mix Plus linked <a href="http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?p=3456465#p3456465" rel="nofollow">here</a>, but I don't know how good it works. So if you can live without these extensions for a while, you should be golden.
