All but one

Kevin Rudd, who just became Prime Minister of Australia on Monday, immediately got to work and just today ratified the Kyoto Protocol (an amendment to the United Nations convention on climate change).

Now there is only one industry nation in the world left who did not formally commit to a common effort on climate change. You probably know who it is

  1. Unfortunately I think the world knows who this is. This administration is a complete embarrassment to most Americans. The previous administration did ratify the Kyoto Protocol, in fact they were instrumental in writing it. I do believe this will all get changed next year but in the meantime most Americans I know are downsizing in order to leave a smaller carbon footprint. Remember this oil administration was elected by one state both elections and I am sure would not be elected today. Take heart!

  2. OH, FINE. Blame us for *everything* why don’t you?

I mean, the shoe fits and all, but still!!
